Hajhir Mountains Trek · 2–4 days
A special adventure in the beautiful Hajhir Mountains — the highest mountains on the island, reaching around 1,500 metres above sea level. No cars on this trip. The 2-day Hajhir trek is completed on foot without camels; on the 4-day route, camels carry the food and camping equipment.
From the top, breathtaking views over Hadibu, the sea, the valleys, and the stunning natural landscapes of Socotra. The weather is cold, and sometimes clouds flow beautifully over the peaks — creating magical, unforgettable views.

- Choose your preferred travel dates and send us a copy of your passport.
- We check seat availability with Yemenia Airways and assist you with the reservation. Tickets to Socotra are currently not available through public online booking platforms. Seats are limited, so we recommend booking several months in advance, especially if you plan to travel during the high season.
- Once availability has been confirmed, you pay the full ticket price either directly at an authorized Yemenia Airways office or to us in Socotra, where we book your ticket locally at the Yemenia office. FEEL Socotra does not receive the airfare.
- We strongly recommend booking your flights 4–5 months in advance. For the bottle tree blooming season from late February to April, it is best to book 8–12 months ahead.
- After your flight has been confirmed, pay the mandatory USD 200 visa fee in advance. This secures your place and allows us to arrange your Socotra visa.
- The remaining land-program price — USD 1,050–1,390 per person for a group, or USD 1,750 per person for a private trip — is paid on arrival in Socotra.

The season runs from late September to May. From June to September, strong monsoon winds make regular tourist expeditions considerably more difficult. Jeddah flights are normally suspended, while other routes may remain available depending on airline schedules and local conditions.
Average temperatures stay between 25–30°C throughout the season.

Tour Balance Paid on Arrival
The land program is paid in cash once you're on Socotra — never transferred in advance. You're never asked to send the full trip cost upfront, unless you'd prefer to pay early yourself.
Visa Fee Paid in Advance, Ticket at the Office
Before your trip you pay the mandatory USD 200 visa fee — we charge no additional service fee for visa processing. For your flight ticket, pay directly at an authorized Yemenia Airways office yourself, or pay us in Socotra and we'll book it locally at the Yemenia office — either way, you receive a receipt for the payment.
